Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you order a report from ITdada. Please read them before you pay.

In short

You are buying a written analysis of a public Instagram account, prepared once, for a one-time payment.
Every order includes a private report for you and a report you may share with companies you work with.
We prepare your report from the posts that are publicly visible on the account at the time we read it.
Your order also includes your ITdada Influencer Club membership, your membership certificate, and access to your reports through your member account.
We deliver your reports by email within three working days of your payment. If we need longer, we tell you before that time is up.
We analyse public Instagram accounts only. We cannot analyse a private account, and we do not analyse other platforms today.

Payments are non-refundable once we begin preparing your report. The work is done specifically for your account and cannot be resold or reused.
If we cannot prepare your report at all, for example because the account becomes private before we finish, we will refund you.

We analyse the real posts on the account. We do not edit, alter, script or stage any post, and we do not accept requests to do so.
We never ask for your Instagram password. We never sign in to your account. We never post, comment or message from your account.
We need only your public account name or your profile link. Nothing else about your Instagram account is required.
We do not use private Instagram Insights, and we never present figures as though we had them.

Your report is provided for your own knowledge, understanding and business use, including sharing it with companies who may pay you.
Our analysis describes what we observed. It is not a guarantee, prediction or promise of any future result, income, growth or collaboration.
Any decision you take after reading the report, including any price you ask or agree, is your own decision and your own responsibility.
You are responsible for how you use the report and for any claim you make based on it.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
You are responsible for the card or payment method you use, and for having permission to use it.
If Stripe asks for additional verification of your card or identity, that is between you and Stripe, and your payment cannot complete until it is resolved.
If a payment fails during processing, please wait until the transaction settles before trying again, or place a new order. Where a failed payment has been taken, Stripe returns it to you.
When we receive your payment we treat the order as confirmed and begin work on it.

After your first order we create your member account and send you your sign-in details. Keep them private.
You are responsible for anything done using your sign-in details.

We may update these terms as our service changes. We will publish the updated version on this page.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of ITdada, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have jurisdiction, and the regulations that apply there apply to your order.

We update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies to your order.
