- The public Instagram account name you ask us to analyse, and the public data we read from it.
- Your email address and phone number, so we can verify you and deliver your report.
- Anything you choose to tell us in the optional questions at order time.
- Your language choice, and basic information about how the site was used, subject to your cookie choice.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data. Not to anyone, at any price.
- We do not share your reports with any third party, or with anyone else, from our side.
- We never ask for your Instagram password and never sign in to your account.
- We do not share your data with another company without your consent.
How we may contact you
- We may contact you about your order, and about new services from ITdada, by email or on WhatsApp.
- We may use email and messaging services to send those messages on our behalf. They deliver the message and are not permitted to use your details for anything else.
- You can ask us to stop sending you service news at any time.
Use inside our group
- TRADEGAP may use your information to provide and improve services within our own group of companies. Our group is not a third party.
- Your reports remain yours. Nothing in this section allows us to publish, sell or share them.
Cookies, tools and advertising
- We use tools on our website to keep it working and to measure how our advertising performs.
- Advertising and measurement tools load only after you agree to them. You can change your choice at any time.
- When you agree, we may use Google and Meta measurement and advertising tools so we can see which of our advertisements brought you here. Those companies may set their own cookies in your browser.
- If you do not agree, those tools are not loaded at all and no advertising cookie is set. The site works exactly the same either way.
- We never send your reports, your Instagram account name or your answers to our optional questions to any advertising platform.

- You can sign in to your member account to open your reports whenever you need them.
